Congratulations Scott..

We had some born out of GD Extreme Dream but too early all were dead.. I think she aborted after we had lightening hit our electric fence charger and blew it up...

Thanks Scott. Feels like winning the lottery. Maybe I should buy a ticket someday...lol

I want to say a big THANK YOU to David and Holly for the opportunity to purchase green 79 bred to Danger. She is a proven producer and Danger should be the icing on the cake.

We had our first fawns, Maxbo quadruplets, on April 30. This was only day 179. 2 were born dead and 1 was very weak and didn't make it. We have the fourth on the bottle and doing very well.

sorry to hear that PTTW, I hope the last one pulls through for you, One of my does has a full udder bag, looks like its going to burst, so she could be any time now, I am so excited.

Twins tonight out of Maxbo Ranger on a GD Romeo daughter...Nice!

What does everyone start looking for in their does as a sign that they may fawn soon ? I see the giant bellies on them all and can even see the fawns moving around in their stomachs, but I ve been seeing this for weeks now some longer. I can feel the udders on some of the does and they are filling up. I guess Im just anxious and ready for them to be born. The 3 that I AI d are due May 26 by the 200 day scale. Any thoughts or ideas that anyone has would sure be appreciated. Thanks Jeff

I have only seen one of my doe in labor or what i thought was labor and she walked the back of the pen for a while squatting like she had to pee and then of course when i was not looking she had a set of twins

We AI'ed 11 deer on Oct 27th 10 of the 11 are for sure prenant (no cover buck) the 11 is still in question but she is always hard to tell , their due date based on 196 days is May 11th, I really thought we would have some fawns earlier this week.....they look like they are ready to pop....

Congratulations Josh, powerful cross. Just entering two sets of twins into our new Quest informations systems on our phone. Maxbo Dream / Typhoon and Typhoon / Indiana Pride Doe. Kevin and Will the bets are all made at Apple Creek for the biggest yearling on 2010 and Maxbo Dream is in the top 3. How are your Maxbo Dream yearlings looking?

Scott

Enjoy the season

Don't forget Mothers day is Sunday

Had to bring the two sets of Typhoon twins in early afternoon for bottle feeding. The cold rainy weather in Wisconsin dropped two of the fawns temps to 98. Just a short stay in our home made hot box and couple feedings of colostrum their are fine.

Watch the cold rain,

Scott
