Dennis and Mike, you are noted examples of good people on this site and forum. The Holy Spirit put in on my heart to share this with you as I read the past few posts. Dennis, this is especially for you, as you mention your Mom being a faithful companion to your father for 56 years. I pray not to offend anyone with my thougts here. There may come a time when anyone of us will have to feel the sadness of losing a life long companion. If we will only think for one minute what it will be like for those FOREVER seperated from God we can begin to understand why things like this happen. Jesus did not redeem us from tribulations or persecution. The scriptures tell us that at our greatest weakness comes the strength of God. The loved ones the two of you have been seperated from is not a permanent seperation and there is coming a day that great Jubilee will fill all of Heaven. The joy that comes from our Father surpasses all human understanding....be still and know He is God.

Thanks for sharing. Go visit the Jefferson monument in D.C. and read the same. Count our family in for 140 days our nation is to valuable and too many lives were given for this great gift of grace.

3 teenage girls saved at vacation bible school this week and my 7 year old granddaughter lead to the Lord by my wife, her grandmother...

Praise the Lord, Rick, That is great news. Our VBS is this week, please pray for the chidren that attend ours. Last year there were several children lead to the Lord.
God is awsome and I continually seek his face, guess you could call me a God chaser. The Loving arms of the Lord, it doesn't get any better than that.
