Open vs closed state borders

I think most of us would agree that it is inhumane to let an animal suffer. Just stating the law in Alabama, not to many of us would abide by it when it comes to suffering.

This may be a stupid question, but from what I have been reading you said you have raised northerns in the past that have not made it long in deep south Alabama. If our borders are closed, how are you raising northerns?

I bought them from North Alabama. The borders were open here several years ago and then the borders were closed an new deer farming license were stopped. About four years ago they started issuing new license. The breeders prior to the borders being closed brought in many Northerns. This where all Northern stock in Alabama came from.
