I am scheduling to try to sex Payday semen around Oct 15th this year. I tried last fall but didn't get enough quantity. Send me a text if you are interested. Thanks Sam 573-590-1459

I'll prolly do another contest this summer for a choice straw...He is already pushing a couple inches....LOL

I should probably move some of this to the Vendors section but thought I would also use this thread for grow out pictures and video for this Summer. Sorry if its in the wrong place. I will move it if its a problem!

If you need any more info on payday, he is listed in the Premier Sire Section on Whitetail Exchange.

If you are looking at different bucks as a breeder for your program, ask yourself these questions:

1. Are they early maturing! PayDay was one of the best looking 2 year olds ever. He was 350 gross and 240 Typical Frame. Whats a pen full of deer like that worth?

2. Do they have Mass? PayDay has over 60 inches of Mass.

3. Are they large bodied.  Body size matters!. Hunters want that! Payday has a huge body!

4. Do they score well. Score still Matters!

5. Do the tines finish and come to a point? Paydays tines all come to a point (except drops)

6. Are the typical tines long, lined up, and go straight up? Paydays are right in line and VERY tall.

7. Do they have long main beams. Paydays were both over 30 inches.

8. Do they have spread and overall shock effect? Payday has very good Shock Effect.

9. Are they symmetrical. Payday is the most symmetrical 400+ deer out there.

10. Do they carry their antlers well. Payday had no problem with his 27lbs of antler last year.

11. Do they have a good disposition. Payday has the perfect disposition.

12. Good Pass-down. Payday is bred to pass it on. Yet to be seen but I am confident he will.

Payday is growing well. I will be posting pics soon and try to also post some from the same time last year. Thanks for looking!

Thanks Mike! Next time you all need a donation, let me know. I am making a commitment to every state and have a pretty good package to offer. Just ask Minnesota. I think it went over pretty well.

Thanks Sam! I really hope I can take you up on your offer. We have to make some big time changes in this state or there will be no Association to raise funds for. Years of mismanagement and bad blood has left Ny in shambles. To bad because there are some very powerful people that have deer in this state but refuse to be part of a rebuilding the way things stand. We need every state in the fight regardless of how many farms are in that state. If we fold now after them closing our borders the next step will be total banishment! Sad Really!

Sam,

Thank you for your donation of Pay Day to the PA Deer Farmers Association Spring Fundraiser and all you do for the industry in general. I was fortunate enough to purchase the straw and will be in touch soon.

No problem...I meant to get you guys the 5 envelope drawing game but I got too much going on and let it slip by. But I'm glad you at least got the Payday straw. Hope you all had a great fundraiser. Payday is getting huge already. I will have pics soon. He is really a special deer! I'd rather be lucky than good any day!

Sam you are top notch! I am grateful to you for your generous support of the state orgs. And thank you for giving me access to breed with three of your amazing bucks. Those straws will be put to good use. Thank you!

Thanks Roger! Thanks for all the help and all the bids. And Thanks to all of those people out there who help in anyway you can. You know who you are! We need EVERY state organization and all the help we can get! I'll be posting info on our battle in the members only section soon!
